Schüttel mich - Shake it

Jetzt kann ich sie ja zeigen denn jetzt ist die Hochzeit ja schon rum. :) Hier mal wieder eine Hochzeitskarte mit Schütteleffekt im Polaroid Format. Diesmal schön pink, wie es sich gehört. Die Namen des Brautpaares sind mit meiner Silhouette ausgeschnitten und mehrmals übereinander geklebt für einen 3D Effekt. Dazu gibt es einen Umschlag mit Holzknopf. Der ist natürlich auch selbstgemacht. 

Now it's time to show the wedding card. This time with a shaker window as a polaroid photo. Of course I used pink sequins as shaker elements and pearls in a coordinated color. Both names are cut out with my silhouette and glued together in layers to create a 3D effect. The envelope is decorated with a wood button which was also handmade.

Simon Wednesday Challenge - Anything goes

Die Sommerpause ist rum und weiter gehts mit den schönen Basteldingen im Leben. Hochzeiten sind immer eine gute Gelegenheit mal wieder eine schöne Karte zu machen. Natürlich mit Herzen, hat ja schließlich was mit LIEBE zu tun. :)
Auf der Karte gibts es deshalb gaanz viele davon. Alle ausgeschnitten mit meiner Silhouette und teils vernäht, teils geklebt. Als Verpackung gibt es dazu eine genähte Tasche aus Papier mit eben den gleichen Herzchen drauf. Das Papier der Tasche ist aus Aquarell Papier, das ist so schön strukturiert. 

Summer time is nearly over and it's time for new crafty things in my life. A wedding is a perfect occasion for a nice and crafty card. And I used hearts, of course, its a wedding. :) Therefore I sewed and glued a lot of them on my card. They are cut out with my silhouette. As an envelope I used a sewed bag out of watercolour paper with a nice structure. 

Rose Wedding Bouquet

Das wollte ich ja schon immer mal machen. Ein Blumenstrauß aus Papierblumen. Jetzt habe ichs getan!! War auch gar nicht so aufwendig wie ich gedacht hatte. Und mit der tollen Anleitung von Lia Griffith kann das echt jeder. Hier die Anleitung für diesen tollen Strauß. 

I did it!! I always wanted to do a paper flower bouquet. But I thought it's to time-consuming. But it wasn't. The first rose needs some time but then it goes quick. And with the amazing tutorial from Lia Griffith everybody can do it. You can find it here.

Simon Says Inspiration Color Swatch - Challenge

Morgen ist schon wieder Mittwoch also schnell noch mitmachen bei der Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. Diesmal mit einem Foto zur Inspiration. Die eine oder andere Farbe habe ich noch dazugenommen und meine Orchidee in den passenden Farben coloriert.

Tomorrow is already wednesday, so it's time to play along with the Simon Says Stamp Wedensday Challenge. This time with a photo as inspiration. I added some more colors and colored my orchid with watercolors in the same color scheme. 

Fusion Card Challenge: French Twist

Oh jee, der letzte Post ist ja schon über einen Monat her. Dann wird es ja allerhöchste Eisenbahn für eine neue Challenge. Diesmal bei Fusion Card Challenge. Zur Inspiration kann man Foto oder Sketch oder beides nehmen. Bei meiner Karte ist irgendwie beides mit drin. Die untere Hälfte ist eine Zeichnung mit dem Namen des Jungen der die Karte bekommen soll. Er ist noch ein Teenager also passt das ganz gut. Das Zeichnen hab ich erst neu angefangen und es macht wahnsinnig Spaß und braucht seine Zeit. Gut zum entspannen! :)

My last post is really a long time ago. So it's time for a new challenge I found on the Fusion Card Challenge Blog. For inspiration you can choose the photo or the sketch or both. For my card I used a little bit of both. 

I tried some drawing or doodling on the upper half of my card. I just started with this technique and it's really fun and relaxing. The card is for a teenage boy and, I think, this fits really well for him.

 

CFC138 - CASual Friday Challenge

Thema der tollen CASual Challenge ist Kraftpapier, Blumen und Fäden. Also genau mein Thema. Seid langem wollte ich mal meine Orchideen ausprobieren die ich in meiner Silhouette Sammlung habe. Und zack fertig ist die Karte. Die Orchidee ist einfach aus weißem Papier ausgeschnitten und dann mit Wasserfarben koloriert. Der Happy Birthday Stempel ist von Winni&Walter. Schön clean und simple. 

Theme of this new CASual Friday Challenge is Kraft, Flowers and Twine. This is my challenge. :) I used an orchid template which I created using my silhouette cameo, colored it with watercolours. Not to forget the green twine and the Kraft. And my card is ready, really CAS.
The happy birthday sentiment is a Winnie&Walter stamp. 

Simon says stamp Monday Challenge - No Rules

Für die nächste Challenge von Simon Says Stamp habe ich mir eine Babykarte überlegt. "No Rules" - also kann ich einfach loslegen. Dazu habe ich tolles Papier von Heidi Swapp (Choose Happy) verwendet, was perfekt ist für Babykarten weil rosa und blau mit drin ist. Und weil Windeln ja so viele Rüschen an den Beinen haben habe ich ein paar Rüschen aus weissem Seidenpapier gefaltet. Der Body ist mit meiner Silhouette ausgestanzt.

For my next challenge on the Simon Says Stamp Blog I created a baby card. It's a "No rules" challenge so I am free to create. I used wonderful paper from Heidi Swapp (Choose Happy) which is perfect for baby cards with a lot of pink and blue. I made some tissue paper quillings for the card because baby diapers also have a lot of them. The onesie was cut out with my silhouette.
